The systems at Intellej function within every rule established by the Sri Lankan National Lottery Board (NLB) through a direct legal association with the NLB. The BigWin platform users owe their duties and responsibilities to Intellej, and no such obligations extend to the NLB. The Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 officially registers Intellej through its Registration Number PV 00234663.

1. Registration and Eligibility

To sign up and play BigWin's online lottery, you ought to meet the following criteria:

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years old or older. This is in accordance with legal laws governing gambling activities in Sri Lanka. Upon registration, you confirm that you are of this age.

1.2 Citizenship

Available only to Sri Lankan citizens, online registration and entry into BigWin's lottery are offered. Proof of citizenship can be required while registering to confirm eligibility.

1.3 Identification

A valid National Identity Card (NIC) or passport is mandatory for registration. This measure ensures that all participants are verified and legitimate, maintaining the integrity of our platform.

1.4 Mobile Connection

Your mobile connection should be registered with your NIC or passport. This is important for receiving critical notifications and for authenticating your identity. Proper registration of your mobile connection enables us to deliver a secure and stable service.

Note that registrations not meeting these conditions will be invalid or unprocessed. It is your responsibility to verify that all information submitted upon registration is correct and current.

2. Purchasing Lottery Tickets

BigWin provides different simple means to purchase lottery tickets, ensuring a hassle-free and pleasant process for all stakeholders:

2.1 Buy Now

This option allows you to purchase tickets at one time for entry into future draws. It is the quickest means of obtaining your entry and being part of the fun.

2.2 Browse and Select

In this process, you have the choice of picking your preferred lottery numbers from the pool of numbers available. With this option, you are allowed to make your entries according to your desire, adding a personal touch to your lottery.

2.3 Subscription Plan

BigWin offers you a subscription plan under which you subscribe for up to four weeks. The scheme includes an optional "Automatic Renewal" option, which keeps you rolling without the inconvenience of frequent manual purchases. The renewal is OTP authorized, and there should be a sufficient balance in your BigWin Points or mobile account to facilitate renewal.

Important: The number of available tickets is based on the total issued by the Lotteries Board. Charges will only apply to the tickets assigned to you. There’s actually no limit from NLB. The limitation arises because we have to pre-order tickets. Once all the pre-ordered tickets are sold, we won’t have any left to upload to the system, which is why availability may be limited.

3. Payment Methods

BigWin provides secure payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all users:

3.1 BigWin Points

You can fund your BigWin Points using bank cards or transfer your wins into your points directly. The option makes it easy to keep your money on the platform, with a hassle-free method to engage in the lottery.

3.2 Add to Bill

For postpaid mobile users, BigWin has the option of adding the cost of lottery tickets to your mobile bill. It is a convenient option for those who prefer to club their expenditure into a single bill.

3.3 Credit/Debit Cards

You can safely pay using your credit or debit card. Payments are encrypted, so your financial information is always protected, giving you peace of mind for every purchase.

Additional Fees:

Rs. 7 + tax per ticket for "Add to Bill" payments: This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing mobile bill payments.
No fees for payments via the BigWin Points: This encourages users to manage their funds efficiently within the platform, offering a cost-effective payment option.

4. Lottery Results and Winning Notifications

Stay updated on results and winnings through the following methods:

4.1 Results

Daily draw results are available in the "Results" section of our website. This page allows you to check your tickets against the latest winning numbers, so you can always be in the know regarding the outcome of each draw.

4.2 Winning Notification

Winners are alerted via SMS with ticket information, providing notification of wins. Additionally, winnings are also posted under the "My Tickets" > "Winnings" section on our website. This notifies you of any wins and enables you to easily track your winnings.

5. Prize Redemption

Prizes can be claimed through the following methods:

5.1 Small Prizes (LKR 40 - LKR 1,000)

These prizes are automatically credited to your BigWin Points. This allows for quick access to your winnings, which can be used for future ticket purchases or withdrawn as per your convenience.

5.2 Medium Prizes (LKR 1,001 - LKR 350,000)

These prizes are transferred to your bank account upon verification of identity and submission of winning ticket details. This serves to guarantee that your prizes are duly credited to your bank account, maintaining the integrity of prize awarding.

5.3 Large Prizes (Above LKR 350,000)

To claim big prizes, you must appear in person at the NLB headquarters with your winning SMS notification and registered NIC or passport. This is for the purpose of verifying the identity of big prize winners and the legitimacy of claims.

Important: Prizes should be claimed within 30 days from the prize announcement. Unclaimed prizes can be forfeited. It is your duty to claim your prizes within the stipulated period.

6. General Terms and Conditions

6.1 Ticket Price

Normal tickets cost Rs. 40.00, including tax. Special draws might have varying pricing, which will be notified to participants in advance. Kindly refer to the pricing information prior to making a purchase.

6.2 Non-Refundable Tickets

Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure you are certain about your purchases before confirming them, as all sales are final

6.3 Prize Claim Requirements

For prizes above LKR 1,000, proof of identity and ticket details are required for processing. This measure ensures that prizes are awarded to the rightful winners, maintaining the fairness and integrity of the lottery.

6.4 Bank Transaction Fees

Any tax and charges that may be imposed are charged subject to your bank charges. They are not discretionary BigWin charges but are usual bank charges levied on payments.

6.5 Government Taxes

All transactions, purchases, and winnings are taxed by the government. BigWin complies with all applicable tax laws to ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and transparently.

6.6 SMS Notifications

Do not lose your winning SMS until you receive the prize, as it may be required for verification. This will ensure that you have the necessary documents to claim your prize without any issues.

7. Security Measures

BigWin ensures a secure platform through the following measures:

7.1 Data Encryption

All user information and transactions are encrypted to safeguard against unauthorized access. This keeps your financial and personal information confidential and secure when using our platform.

7.2 OTP Verification

One-Time Password (OTP) authentication is mandatory for sensitive operations like subscription renewal or high-value transactions. This provides an additional layer of security to avoid unauthorized actions and protect your account.

1. ලියාපදිංචිය සහ සුදුසුකම්

බිග්වින්හි මාර්ගගත ලොතරැයියට ලියාපදිංචි වී ක්‍රීඩා කිරීමට, ඔබ පහත දැක්වෙන නිර්ණායක සපුරාලිය යුතුය:

1.1 වයස් සීමා අවශ්‍යතාවය

ඔබගේ වයස අවුරුදු 18 හෝ ඊට වැඩි විය යුතුය. මෙය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සූදු ක්‍රිරියාකාරකම් පාලනය කරන නීතිමය රෙගුලාසි සහ අණ පනත් වලට අනුකූල වේ. ලියාපදිංචි වීමෙන් පසු ඔබ මෙකී වයස් සීමාවේ පසුවන බව තහවුරු කර ගනු ලැබ.

1.2 පුරවැසිභාවය

ශ්‍රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන්ට පමණක් මාර්ගගත ලියාපදිංචිය සහ බිග්වින් ලොතරැයියට ප්‍රවේශ වීමේ පහසුකම පිරිනමනු ලැබේ. සුදුසුකම් තහවුරු කිරීම සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වීමේදී පුරවැසිභාවය පිළිබඳ තහවුරු කිරීමේ සාක්ෂි අවශ්‍ය විය හැක.

1.3 හඳුනා ගැනීම

ලියාපදිංචිය සඳහා වලංගු ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පතක් හෝ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයක් අනිවාර්ය ව. මෙම පියවර මඟින් සියලූම සහභාගිවන්නන්ගේ අනන්‍යතාවය සත්‍යාපනය කර නීත්‍යානුකූල බව සහතික කරගනු ලබන අතර එමඟින් අපගේ වේදිකාවේ (Platform) අව්‍යාජභාවය පවත්වා ගනු ලැබේ.

1.4 ජංගම සම්බන්ධතාවය

ඔබගේ ජංගම සම්බන්ධතාවය ඔබගේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත හෝ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රය සමඟ ලියාපදිංචි කළ යුතුය. අත්‍යවශ්‍ය දැනුම්දීම් ලබා ගැනීමට සහ ඔබගේ අත්‍යවශ්‍යතාවය සත්‍යාපනය කිරීමට මෙය වැදගත් වේ. ඔබගේ ජංගම සම්බන්ධතාවය නිසි ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමෙන් අපට ආරක්ෂිත සහ ස්ථාවර සේවාවක් ලබා දීමට හැකි වේ.

මෙම කොන්දේසි සපුරා නොමැති ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම් අවලංගු හෝ නිශ්ක්‍රීය ඒවා බව සලකන්න. ලියාපදිංචියේදී ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද සියලූම තොරතුරු වල නිවැරදි සහ කාලීන බව සත්‍යාපනය කිරීම ඔබේ වගකීමකි.

2. ලොතරැයි ටිකට්පත් මිලදී ගැනීම

බිග්වින් ලොතරැයි ටිකට්පත් මිලදී ගැනීම සඳහා විවිධ සරල ක්‍රම කිහිපයක්ම සපයනු ලබන අතර සියලූම කොටස්කරුවන් සඳහා අපහසුතාවයකින් තොර සහ ප්‍රසන්න ක්‍රියාවලියක් එමඟින් සහතික කරනු ලබයි.

බොත්තම් (Buttons) : දැන් මිලදී ගන්න (Buy now) / ගවේෂණය කර තෝරා ගැනීම (Browse and Select) / දායකත්ව සැලැස්ම (Subscription Plan)

2.1 දැන් මිලදී ගන්න

මෙම විකල්පය මඟින් ඔබට අනාගත දිනුම් ඇදීම් සඳහා එකවර ටිකට්පත් මිලදී ගැනීමට ඉඩ සලසයි. එය ඔබගේ ප්‍රවේශය ලබා ගැනීමට සහ වීනෝදාස්වාදයේ කොටසක් බවට පත් වීමට ඇති වේගවත්ම ක්‍රමයයි.

2.2 ගවේෂණය කර තෝරා ගැනීම

මෙම ක්‍රියාවලියේදී, ඔබට ලබා ගත හැකි සංඛ්යා එකතුවකින් ඔබ කැමති ලොතරැයි අංක තෝරා ගැනීමේ ක්‍රමවේදයක් තිබේ. මෙම ක්‍රියාවලිය සමඟ, ඔබේ අභිමතය පරිදි ඔබේ ඇතුළත් කිරීම් කිරීමට ඔබට අවසර ලැබෙන අතර එමඟින් ඔබේ ලොතරැයියට පෞද්ගලික මුහුණුවරක් එක් කර ගැනීමට අවස්ථාව ලැබේ.

2.3 දායකත්ව සැලැස්ම

බිග්වින් මඟින් ඔබට සති හතරක් දක්වා දායක විය හැකි දායකත්ව සැලැස්මක් පිරිනමයි. මෙම ක්‍රමයට ”ස්වයංක්‍රිය අලූත් කිරීමේ” විකල්පයක්ද ඇතුළත් වන අතර, එමඟින් නිතර නිතර සිදු කෙරෙන ස්වයංක්‍රිය නොවන මිලදී ගැනීම් සිදු කරමින් අපහසුතාවයට පත් වීමට ඉඩ නොදී දිගටම ඔබව සම්බන්ධව කර තබා ගනු ලැබේ. අළුත් කිරීමට එක් වරක් ලබා දෙන මුර පදය මඟින් අනුමැතිය ලැබෙන අතර ඔබගේ බිග්වින් මුදල් පසුම්බියේ හෝ ජංගම ගිණුමේ ප්‍රමාණවත් ශේෂයක් අළුත් කිරීමේ ක්‍රිියාවලිය සිදු කිරීම සඳහා තිබිය යුතු වේ.

වැදගත්: ලබා ගත හැකි ටිකට්පත් ගණන ලොතරැයි මණ්ඩලය විසින් නිකුත් කරන ලද මුළු ප්‍රමාණය මත පදනම් වේ. ගාස්තු අදාළ වන්නේ ඔබට සම්බන්ධිතව ඇති ටිකට්පත් සඳහා පමණි. ජාතික ලොතරැයි මණ්ඩලය විසින් පනවන ලද සීමාවක් මෙහි ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම නොමැත. සීමාව පැන නගින්නේ අපට ටිකට්පත් පෙර ඇණවුම් කිරීමට සිදුවන බැවිනි. පෙර ඇණවුම් කළ සියලූම ටිකට්පත් විකුණීමෙන් පසු, අපට පද්ධතියට උඩුගත කිරීමට කිසිවක් ඉතිරි නොවන නිසා ටිකට්පත් ලබා ගැනීමේ හැකියාව සීමිත වීම සිදු වේ.

3. ගෙවීමේ ක්‍රම

සියලූම පරිශීලකයින් සඳහා නම්‍යශීලී සහ පහසු අත්දැකීමක් සහතික කිරීම සඳහා බිග්වින් විසින් ආරක්ෂිත ගෙවීම් විකල්ප සපයනු ලැබේ.

3.1 බිග්වින් පසුම්බිය (BigWin Points)

ඔබට බැංකු කාඞ්පත් භාවිතයෙන් ඔබේ බිග්වින් පසුම්බියට (Bigwin Points) අරමුදල් සැපයිය හැකි අතර එසේ නොමැති නම් ඔබේ ජයග්‍රහණයන් ඔබේ පසුම්බියට සෘජුවම මාරු කළ හැකිය. ලොතරැයි කටයුතු වල නිරත වීමට කරදරයකින් තොර ක්‍රමයක් සපයමින් මෙම විකල්පය ඔබේ මුදල් වේදිකාවේ (Platform) තබා ගැනීම පහසු කරයි.

3.2 බිල්පතට එකතු කිරීම

පසුගෙවුම් ජංගම දුරකථන භාවිතා කරන්නන් සඳහා, බිග්වින්හි ලොතරැයි ටිකට්පත්වල පිරිවැය ඔබගේ ජංගම දුරකථන බිල්පතට එකතු කිරීමේ විකල්පය ඇත. තමන්ගේ වියදම් තනි බිල්පතකට එකතු කිරීමට කැමති අයට එය පහසු විකල්පයකි.පසුගෙවුම් ජංගම දුරකථන භාවිතා කරන්නන් සඳහා, බිග්වින්හි ලොතරැයි ටිකට්පත්වල පිරිවැය ඔබගේ ජංගම දුරකථන බිල්පතට එකතු කිරීමේ විකල්පය ඇත. තමන්ගේ වියදම් තනි බිල්පතකට එකතු කිරීමට කැමති අයට එය පහසු විකල්පයකි.

3.3 ණයවර / හර කාඞ් පත් (Credit/Debit Cards)

ඔබට ඔබේ ණයවර කාඞ්පත හෝ හර කාඞ්පත භාවිතයෙන් ආරක්ෂිතව ගෙවීම් සිදු කල හැක. ගෙවීම් විකේතනය කර ඇති බැවින් ඔබේ මූල්‍ය තොරතුරු සැමවිටම ආරක්ෂා කරනු ලබන අතර, සෑම මිලදී ගැනීමක් සඳහාම ඔබට සැනසිලිදායි ආරක්ෂාකාරී හැඟීමක් එමඟින් ලබා දේ.

අමතර ගාස්තු:

බිල්පතට එකතු කරන්න” යන ගෙවීම් සඳහා ටිකට් පතකට රු. 7 + බදු මුදල් - මෙම ගාස්තුව ජංගම බිල්පත් ගෙවීම් සැකසීම හා සම්බන්ධ පරිපාලන වියදම් ආවරණය කරයි.
බිග්වින් පසුම්බිය හරහා සිදු කරන ගෙවීම් සඳහා ගාස්තු නැත: මෙය මඟින් පරිශීලකයින්ට වේදිකාව (Platform) තුළ තම අරමුදල් කාර්යක්ෂමව කළමනාකරණය කිරීමට දිරිගන්වන අතර පිරිවැය-ඵලදායී ගෙවීම් විකල්පයක් ලබා දෙයි.

4. ලොතරැයි ප්‍රතිඵල සහ ජයග්රාහී දැනුම්දීම්

පහත ක්‍රම හරහා ප්‍රතිඵල සහ ජයග්‍රහණ පිළිබඳව යාවත්කාලීනව සිටින්න:

4.1 ප්‍රතිඵල

අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ප්‍රතිඵල (Results) කොටසේ දෛනික දිනුම් ඇදීමේ ප්‍රතිඵල ඇත. මෙම පිටුව මඟින් ඔබගේ ටිකට්පත් නවතම ජයග්‍රාහී අංක සමඟ පරීක්ෂා කිරීමට ඉඩ සලසන අතර එමඟින් ඔබට සෑම දිනුම් ඇදීමක් සමඟම එහි ප්‍රතිඵලය පිළිබඳව සැමවිටම දැනගත හැකිය.

4.2 ජයග්‍රාහී දැනුම්දීම්

ජයග‍්‍රාහකයින්ට ටිකට්පත් තොරතුරු සමඟ කෙටි පණිවුඩයක් මගින් දැනුම් දෙනු ලබන අතර, ජයග‍්‍රහණ පිළිබඳ දැනුම්දීමක් ලබා දේ. ඊට අමතරව, ජයග‍්‍රහණ අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ,මගේ ටිකට්පත්” > ජයග‍්‍රහණ, (My Tickets > Winnings) කොටස යටතේද පළ කරනු ලැබේ. මෙය ඕනෑම ජයග‍්‍රහණයක් පිළිබඳව ඔබට දැනුම් දෙන අතර ඔබේ ජයග‍්‍රහණ පහසුවෙන් නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීමට ඔබට හැකියාව ලබා දෙයි.

5. ත්‍යාග ලබා ගැනීම

ත්‍යාග පහත ක‍්‍රම මගින් ලබා ගත හැක:

5.1 කුඩා ත්‍යාග (රු. 40 - රු. 1,000)

මෙම ත්‍යාග ස්වයංක‍්‍රීයව ඔබගේ බිග්වින් පසුම්බිය වෙත බැර කෙරේ. මෙය ඔබගේ ජයග‍්‍රහණ වෙත ඉක්මන් ප‍්‍රවේශයක් ලබා ගැනීමට ඉඩ සලසන අතර එය අනාගත ටිකට්පත් මිලදී ගැනීම් සඳහා භාවිතා කිරීමට හෝ ඔබේ පහසුව සහ රුචිකත්වය අනුව ආපසු ලබා ගැනිමද කල හැක.

5.2 මධ්‍යම ත්‍යාග (LKR 1,001 - LKR 350,000)

අනන්‍යතාවය තහවුරු කර ජයග‍්‍රාහී ටිකට්පත් විස්තර ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු මෙම ත්‍යාග ඔබගේ බැංකු ගිණුමට මාරු කරනු ලැබේ. ත්‍යාග ප‍්‍රදානය කිරීමේ අව්‍යාභාවය පවත්වා ගනිමින්, ඔබගේ ත්‍යාග නිසි ලෙස ඔබගේ බැංකු ගිණුමට බැර වන බව සහතික කිරීම මෙමඟින් තහවුරු කරනු ලැබේ.

5.3 විශාල ත්‍යාග (Above LKR 350,000)

විශාල ත්‍යාග ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා, ඔබ ඔබේ ජයග‍්‍රාහී කෙටි පණිවුඩ දැනුම්දීම සහ ලියාපදිංචි ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත හෝ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත‍්‍රය සමඟ ජාතික ලොතරැයි මණ්ඩලයේ මූලස්ථානය වෙත පෞද්ගලිකව පෙනී සිටිය යුතුය. මෙය විශාල ත්‍යාගලාභීන්ගේ අනන්‍යතාවය සහ හිමිකම් පෑමේ නීත්‍යානුකූලභාවය සත්‍යාපනය කිරීමේ අරමුණින් සිදු කෙරේ.

වැදගත්: ත්‍යාග නිවේදනයේ සිට දින 30ක් ඇතුළත ත්‍යාග ඉල්ලා සිටිය යුතුය. හිමිකම් නොලබන ත්‍යාග අහිමි විය හැකිය. නියමිත කාල සීමාව තුළ ඔබේ ත්‍යාග ඉල්ලා සිටීම ඔබේ වගකීමකි.

6. සාමාන්‍ය නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි

6.1 ටිකට්පත් වල මිල

සාමාන්‍ය ටිකට්පත් සඳහා බදු ඇතුළුව රු. 40.00 ක් වැය වේ. විශේෂ දිනුම් ඇදීම් සඳහා වෙනස් මිල ගණන් තිබිය හැකි අතර, ඒ පිළිබඳව සහභාගිවන්නන්ට කලින් දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ. මිලදී ගැනීමක් කිරීමට පෙර කරුණාකර මිල ගණන් පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු වෙත යොමු වන්න.

6.2 ආපසු ගෙවිය නොහැකි ටිකට්පත්
